All our rates are in Indian Rupees.

Arrival and Departure Policy:

• Check-in Time: 2:00 p.m.
• Check-out Time: 11:00 a.m.

Kids / Child Policy:

• Children below 6 years will not be charged and will have to share their parent’s bed. Additional mattress if required will be charged.
  (A document with proof of age has to be provided, in the absence of which it will be at the sole discretion of the management.)
• Children between 6 to 12 years or an Extra Person above 12 years shall be charged as per our prevalent rate on a per night basis as per the plan selected.

Note: Reservation queries sent will not be considered a booking and the rates quoted in the respective correspondence for room requirements, are subject to change without prior notice. The rates are only for information. Confirmation of room and tariff is subject to availability at the time of processing the reservation once the T&C are fulfilled.

Validity of this Offer:
Each query will have an expiry date as stated in that particular correspondence.

Advance Payment Policy: A 100% advance payment is required within the expiry date in order to confirm a booking.

Restaurant Timings:

(For your information as per the plan applicable for your booking)

Breakfast                     : 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
Lunch                           : 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. (last order at 2:45pm)
Hi-Tea / Club Lounge  : 3:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. (last order at 5:15pm)
Dinner                          : 7:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. (last order at 10:30pm)

Terms and Conditions:

• Breakfast on the day of arrival will be chargeable.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited in the room and public areas.
• No pets or service animals allowed.
• Early Check-in and Late Check-out will be subject to availability and additional charges will be applicable at the sole discretion of the management.
• Personal cheques are not accepted under any circumstances.
• In order to facilitate a quick Check-in, we would advise you to kindly E-mail / WhatsApp us a self-attested valid copy of any of the following Photo Identity documents with proof of address for all members staying in the hotel above the age of 12 years. The documents accepted are as follows as per Govt. of India rules.
• A valid photo ID proof is required as per Govt. of India rules. PAN card is not an accepted valid ID proof.
• Transfers are not included but can be availed at an additional cost.
• Outside Food & Beverages are not allowed in the hotel premises.
• The hotel assumes no liability whatsoever, for the quality of service and facilities provided by a third-party through referrals requested by the guest.
• Guest to note that this hotel shall not be liable for any special, consequential exemplary, incidental, indirect or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the Stay of the Guest, including without limitation, loss of profit or revenue.
• The liability of this hotel arising out of Stay of the Guest including without limitation, for any personal injury, loss or damage, in any event shall be limited to a sum not exceeding the amount payable by the Guest on account of her/his current Stay at the Hotel.
• Guest shall be liable for any or all damages and breakages caused to the hotel’s property during the stay. For any damages and breakages that may occur, the cost of rectification and or replacement of such damages will be quoted by the management of the resort. The Guest shall make payment of such quoted amounts towards cost of rectification and or replacement immediately or before departure.

Accepted ID Proof for Indian Nationals:

• Passport
• Election Card
• Driving Licence.

For Foreign Nationals:

• Valid Passport and a valid Visa
• It is mandatory for all guests to present the above-mentioned documents which are needed at the time of Check-in. This enables the hotel to permit the stay.

• Spa – Open all days from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm (Charges as per Menu provided).
• Room Service is available 24x7 with a limited menu from 11:00 pm and 7:00 am.

• Free Wi-Fi services for speed up to 2 MBPS.
• In-room refrigerator.

For Guest Staying over on 25th December 2023 and 31st December 2023, the Gala Dinner charges amount will be added to your room package
On the occasion of CHRISTMAS GALA DINNER on Monday, 25th Dec. and NEW YEARS EVE GALA NIGHT Celebrations on Saturday, December 31, 2023 from 7:30 pm onwards, please note the following:
Sea Shell Restaurant & Room Service (In-Room Dining) will remain CLOSED as follows: • Monday 25th Dec from 6:00 pm till 7:00 am on Tuesday 26th Dec 2023. • Sunday 31st Dec from 6:00 pm till 7:00 am on Monday 1st Jan. 2024.
